Mrs Pauline Akin

JEFFERSON--Funeral services for Mrs Pauline Akin, 75, Jefferson, who died Friday in the home of her daughter, Mrs Lisle Piper, Whitewater, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the St Mark's English Lutheran church here. The Rev HJ Motz-Kus, pastor of the church, will officiate and burial will be in Union Cemetery.

She was born at Helenville, daughter of Mr and Mrs John Bender, and was a resident fo Herbon for 27 years. She was married to Dr George S Akin, Sept 24, 1896. He died in 1923.

Survivors include a son, Elroy, Jefferson, and George S, Hortonville; another daughter Mrs David Buchholz, Watertown; a sister, Mrs Edward Copland, Jefferson; a brother Earl Bender, Jefferson, 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Friends may call at the Minshall funeral home until 12:30 p.m. Monday when the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until time of service.
