Boleslo P. Benavidez (Tata), age 93, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 8, 2008. Mr. Benavidez is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Josefita C. Benavidez, his children, Jennie Sanchez, Lillie Jaramillo and her husband, Paul, James Benavidez and his wife, Rosemary and Dorothy Benavidez, his sisters, Adelia Sanchez and Mary Centeno and her husband, Frank, his brother, Benny Benavidez, 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Benavidez was preceded in death by his brother, Tony. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 11, 2008, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Avenue NW, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Father Ron Carrillo, presider. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
