Adriana "Audrey" Benard, known as "Mimi", passed away peacefully on Monday March 18th with her family by her side.
Adriana was born in Ede, The Netherlands and came to the US over 50 years ago. She loved being a schoolteacher in Holland, Peru, and the US, and studied history with a passion. She was a believer in Jesus Christ and attended the Christ Evangelical Presbyterian church.
Proud wife and mother, she is survived by her daughter Carmen Birchfield and husband Craig; son Gerald and wife Kim; son Charles and wife Molly; 7 grandchildren. She leaves behind many wonderful friends.
Audrey will be missed by many whose lives she touched.
