A native of Russia, Mr. Beltz lived in Lincoln 42 years after coming to this country. A retired employee of the Standarad Planing mill, he worked there 27 years. He was a member of St. John's church.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara; daughters, Mrs. John Tobin of Palo Alto, Calif. and Mrs. Robert Hall of Lincoln; four sons, Henry, Philip, Edward and Andrew, Jr., all of Lincoln, and four grandchildren.
