Survived by his mother, Virginia Roby; brothers, Richard and Chris Bellar; sisters, Glenda Tucker, Kiann Owens, Rebecca Kozloff and Sherry Williams; several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father, Jimmy; brother, Axton Osborne.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Combest Family Funeral Homes.
Interment will be Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo, Texas.
