She was born in Buffalo, S.C., to Wiley and Lennie Frazier Barnes.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kings Mountain, where she was a member of the Joy Sunday school class.
She retired from Ruppe Hosiery in Kings Mountain.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and devoted to her family. She loved great family gatherings during the holidays.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Bobby G. Bell; and brothers, James Barnes and Frank Barnes.
