He was born on January 29, 1951, the son of Raymond Garner "Tom" Bell and Mildred Humble Bell. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives.
He married Brenda Kay Neal Bell, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by 4 children Dawn Snead of Anderson, Indiana, Diane Morris of Forteville, Indiana, David and Dwight Bell, both of Monticello, Kentucky; 1 sister Brenda Branscum; 3 brothers Walter, Paul and Jerry Bell, all of Monticello, Kentucky; 8 grandchildren; and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 4, 1999 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Odie Hollars officiating. Burial was in the Stop Cemetery.
