Another one of the Bell family has gone to his rest. The New Providence correspondent of the LEDGER writes that James Bell, who was taken to the Insane Asylum at Indianapolis some four weeks ago, died in that institution on the night of the 24th, and that the remains were brought home form burial. The unfortunate man was 56 years old, and leaves a wife and nine children.
