He died Friday, Jan 3, 1997 at Heritage House of Salem. He was a private music teacher, a published author, a former member of the Borden Lions Club and a member of Borden Community Church. Survivors include a brother, Hubert Bell. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Borden Lions Club.
