Mary Ella Bell Zeno, peacefully passed away at her residence on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the age of 87. She was a native of Woodville, MS and longtime resident of Marrero, LA.

Beloved wife of the late Clarence Zeno, Sr. Loving mother of George McClain, Doris (Norman) Robinson, Clarence (Elaine) Zeno, Jr., Dama (Eric) Ainge, Gilbert Zeno, Eugene (Rose) Zeno, and Allen C. (Kymberli) Zeno. Grandmother of the late Gilbert "Tony" A. Zeno.

Daughter of the late James "Jim" Bell and Ophelia Slain. Stepdaughter of Susie Atkins. Granddaughter of the late Louis (Harriet Gordon) Bell and George (Rebecca "Beckie") Martin Slain. Sister of Willie Beatrice Armstead and the late Lizzie Bell.

Mother in law of Veronica Poole and the late Bernadine McClain, Gloria and Darlene Zeno. Sister in law of the late Harry Zeno, Gladys (Rev. Andrew) Johnson, Alma (Roosevelt) Jessie and Leola "Lola Zeno. Devoted friend of Ruth J. Williams and family;

also survived by 20 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and a host of other relatives and friends.
