BEHR, EMMERT F. JR., 82, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at Hurstbourne Care Center. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Behr; children, Emmert Behr, III, James Behr and Jan Wientjes (John); a stepson, James Cummings, MD (Claudia); brothers, Earl Behr (Catherine) and Joseph Behr (Sandra); sister, Judy Shea (Tim); six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren ; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for family and close friends will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Memorial contributions may go to Salvation Army.
