Arthur Kenneth "Ken" Behme, III, 44, passed away July 31, 2008 at his home in Lakeview.

He was born on April 12, 1964 a son of Arthur "Skip" & Susan Behme whom survive.

He was an engineer and a licensed Minister and member of Indian Lake Baptist Church. A 1982 Graduate of Patterson Co-op he was involved in music ministry at several churches.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, the former Sherry Kelly McKelvy; a sister, Deborah LaBudde and her husband Kim; Father and Mother-in-law, Jeff & Diane Kelley; step-daughters, Tina McKelvy-Davenport and husband Mike; step-sons, USAF Master Sgt. Michael D. McKelvy & wife Joyce (USAF-retired Master Sgt.), Sean McKelvy and wife Jenny; step-grandchildren, Brittney McKelvy, Alicia Freeland, Derek Brocious; step-great-grandchild, Devin Charles Lester; niece & nephew, Megan & Joe LaBudde; several step-nieces & nephews.

Services were held at Sanford-Eichholtz Funeral Home, Lakeview on Monday, August 4, 2008 with Pastor Don Faulder officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to "The Behme" Foundation and sent to the funeral home. The contributions will be given to various local cancer caregivers who were so helpful during this difficult few months.
