Miss Madge Bedwell died early Sunday morning at her home in Independence.
Born in Independence, she was the daughter of the late John W. BEDWELL and Etta Lee Barton Bedwell.
She was a retired assist cashier at the Bank of Virginia in Pulaski, where she worked for 45 years.
Surviving are two sisters, Miss Maude B. Bedwell and Miss Euna L. Bedwell, both of Independence.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel, Independence, with the Rev. Olin Shupe officiating.
Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
