Beloved Husband and Father∼Berry Beckham, 81, of Savannah, Georgia died Monday January 4, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Walnut, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Thelma Beckham of Savannah, Ga.; four sons, Barry, Brian, David and Alan; one daughter, Barbara Zollner of Jackson, Ca.; one brother, John Norman Beckham; two sisters, Pebble Bennett of Harrison, Ar. and Pauline Ramsey of Jasper, Ar.; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He retired from the; U.S. Air Force after serving 26 years and worked at Skidaway Institute of Oceanography for 16 years.
Services were entrusted to Fairhaven Funeral Home of Savannah, Georgia.
