OLIVE E. ALLEN
Rites for Olive E. Allen, of Amity, who died March 23 at the age of 93, were held Thursday at the memorial chapel of Macy and Son at 3:00 p.m. Interment was at Amity cemetery. Rev. H.F. Pemberton officiated.
Mrs. Allen was born in Polk county. She was married October 14, 1877 near Salem to Granville Moore Allen, deceased. Another son, Lee Roy Allen also preceded her in death.
Survivors include three daughters, Ina Pearl Allen and Valine Allen of Amity; and Lottie Wave Robbins of Portland; two grandsons, Harvey Allen Robbins of Whitehall, Mont., and Granville Maurice Allen of Amity, and two great grandsons.
