A. B. BECKER DIES

A. B. Becker died at his home, one mile east and two north of Meno, early Sunday evening. He had been a sufferer from lung trouble for many years and finally wasted away and died from its effects. One hour before his death Mr. Becker was able to sit up and sign his will.

The family has lived near Meno for years, having moved here from Kansas. Mr. Becker owned the Becker & Co. store at Meno, which is operated by his son Dan.

A wife and family of eleven children are left. Peter Becker, of Goltry; Dan and Ben, of Meno; Joseph of Enid; Herman who is in college at Newton, Kans.; and Albert who is at home, are the sons, and Mrs. Jake Ratzlaff, of Meno; Lena, who is married and lives at Okeene; Matilda Becker, of Oklahoma City; Caroline, of Tulsa; and Eva, who is married and lives at Marion, Kans., being the daughters.
