Mrs. Boyd Bek of Lefors, formerally [sic] of Mobeetie, died at 8:30 p.m. February 2 in Northwest Texas Hospital, Amarillo.
Born December 16, 1910, at Mc [sic] Okla., Mrs. Beck moved to Mobeetie at an early age. She was married at Wheeler in 1927. She was a member of the Baptist Church and Mobeetie Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband of the home, a daughter, Mrs. Wallace Corse of Sunray, a brother, Clarence Lockhart of Hope, Ark.; five sisters, Mrs. Dewey Williamson of Kingsville, Mrs. Earl Crittenden of Fort Isabel, Mrs. Earl Sammons and Mrs. Shorty Sutton both of Poteet, Mrs. Ed Saniaben of Sabinal and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted by Duenkey-Carmichael Funeral Home of Pampa and held at the First Baptist Church of Lefors. Burial was at Mobeetie.
