Mrs. Shower had cleaned homes in Reisterstown, MD and attended Victory Free Will Baptist Church of Hanover.
She was the wife of John J. Shower, who departed this life in 1990, and is survived by two sons, Randy L. Bechtel and Gilbert P. Utz, both of Hanover; three daughters, Eileen Nafe of Glenville, Shirley Pierce of Vancouver, WA, and Mildred Mullinix of Littlestown; and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Lawyer and Arlene Alwine; and a brother, Donald Bechtel.
