Auburn - Adella J. Beatty, 91, of Auburn died Wednesday, May 2, 2001, at Lynncrest Manor in Auburn.
She was born Oct. 1, 1909, in Auburn, the daughter of Orin and Edith Kessler Jenkins. She married Charles Beatty in 1931; he died in 1986.
Mrs. Beatty was a teacher for many years. She was a member of Wednesday bridge club and Auburn Presbyterian Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years.
Survivors: a daughter, Jean (husband, Charles) King of Auburn; a son, John (wife, Donna) Beatty of Waverly; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Bramley Funeral Home in Auburn, Dr. Thomas R. Logsdon officiating. Burial: Waverly East Cemetery.
