Margaret A. Evans Bedsworth , 83, south Kansas City, died Nov. 10, 1993, at St. Joseph Health Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Mount Moriah & Freeman Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. Mrs. Bedsworth was a lifelong area resident. She was a receptionist for the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry for 16 years, retiring in 1974. She was a charter member of the Sweet Adelines and a member of the Tonettes Barber Shop Quartet. Survivors include a son, Wilbert A. Evans Jr., Prairie Village; a brother, Andrew O. Beaton, Roeland Park; three grandsons; and seven great-grandchildren.
