Angela Bearden, three-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Bearden, Rt. 2, West Monroe, died early Thursday in the Children's Medical Center, Dallas, Tex., following a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Old Union Baptist Church in Joyce with the Rev. Billy Smithart and Rev. Carl Smiley officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home until 8 a.m. Saturday.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three sisters, Virginia, Geraldine and Debor Ann Bearden, all of West Monroe; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ollie Bearden, Calhoun; and several aunts and uncles.
