Mrs. Annabelle Louise Beard, 56, LeGore, died Tuesday at Frederick Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Frederick County, she was a daughter of the late Vernon and Myrtie Smith Beard.
She was a member of Rocky Hill Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a son, Milton E. Beard, Keymar; a daughter, Miss Shirley Beard, LeGore; nine grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Albert Stambaugh, Thurmont; and four brothers, Luther V. Beard, Thurmont; Austin S. Beard and Wilford O. Beard, both of Creagerstown, and Milton W. Beard, Keymar.
Friends may call at the Woodsboro Funeral Home of D. D. Hartzler and Sons today and at Rocky Hill Lutheran Church Sunday from 1 p.m. until funeral services at 2 p.m.
The Rev. Frank True Jr., retired pastor of the Church of God, will officiate. Interment will be in Rocky Hill Cemetery.
