Ethel was the third of seven children born to Maynard 'Dobbs' Solomon Bean Sr. and Florence Alabama (Gasaway). She married John Loy Storm in 1915 and they had two children: John Everett and Dora Mae.

Ethel V. Storm, formerly of Billings, moved to Proctor to live with her daughter and son-in-law, the Rev. and Mrs. Jim (Dora Mae) Dickerson. She died at the age of 89 Saturday in a Polson hospital.
Active in rescue Mission and Central Evangelicalism Fellowship, Mrs. Storm was a member of Hawthorn Evangelical Church, Eastern Star and White Shrine.
Born in Forsyth, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Bean, she attended high school in Bridger and Polytechnic Institute, and taught in rural schools. In 1953 she moved to Billings, where she taught child evangelist classes for 15 years.
Survivors include her daughter; a sister, Mrs. Mae Bowen of Pismo Beach, Calif.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Smith Terrace Gardens Chapel with burial in Terrace Gardens Memorial Estates.
