Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Faye Bean will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Kirbyville, TX. Interment will be at the West Greenlawn Cemetery in Kirbyvile. Sis. Wanda Faye Bean was born to the late Robert Seastrunk, Sr. and Mrs. Freddie M. Tyler on March 30, 1947 in Kirbyville, Texas. She attended West Kirbyville High School. Sis. Bean accepted Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of the Borden Chapel Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Airon Reynolds Jr. She was employed by the Kirbyville CISD until her health failed. Sis Bean was united in holy matrimony to the Late George Bean. To this union two devoted daughters were born. Sis. Bean was preceded in death by her father Robert Seastrunk Sr., brother Andrew Woods; sister Melda Seastrunk; sons: Robert Charles Seastrunk and Howard Jerome Coker and grandson Bradley Allison Jr. Thursday afternoon April 3, 2008, God's garden had need of a flower. It had grown for a time here below. But, in tender love, He took it above in a lovelier garden to grow. Sis. Bean leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Mellownees Marie Bean Wright and Sharika Baksh Bean Allison (Bradley) of Beaumont, TX. Her mother, Freddie Tyler of Kirbyville, TX. Five brothers: Robert Seastrunk, Jr (Marilyn), Kenneth Seastrunk of Beaumont, TX, William Tyler of Kirbyville, TX; Shawn Tyler (Vanessa), Ellis Tyler (Tamitra) both of Houston, TX. Two sisters: Ruth Dabney (Earl) of Silsbee, TX and Ester McClain(John) of Beaumont, TX. a sister-in-law Ester Woods. Six grandchildren. Walter Wright III, Charles Wright, Jr, Bre-Anna Allison, Brenda Allison, BreAsia Allison and Kimone Wright and one great-grand child Sean Wright; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
