Lonnie Beall Dies In Cordell Hospital
ALFALFA, Dec. 28.--Funeral services for Lonnie Beall who died at a Cordell hospital late Wednesday were held at the Alfalfa Baptist church Thursday at 3 o'clock, and burial was made in the Alfalfa cemetery. Rev. W.L. Magar, pastor of the church, conducted the service.
Lonnie Richard Beall was born in Truro, Madison county, Iowa, June 15, 1905, died Dec. 23, 1937 at Cordell, Okla., aged 32 years, 6 months and 7 days.
He was married to Miss Lucy Belle Pierce at Carnegie, Okla. Dec. 15, 1923. To this union were born three daughters, Katherine, Alene and Patsy Ann.
He was converted and joined the Alfalfa Baptist church at the age of 11 years, and lived a faithful Christian life. He was B.T.U. director at the time of his death.
Besides the widow and the three daughters, he is survived by his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Beall of Alfalfa; three brothers, Elvert, Dale and Cecil, and two sisters, Mrs. Velma Scott and Mrs. Hazel Holsted, all of Alfalfa.
