BEAHR, Courtney Gayle, of King William, Virginia was born August 4, 1994 in Richmond and was received into heaven, May 17, 2015 at the young age of 20. Courtney was a recent graduate of J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College, receiving her Associates Degree in Mathematics and Science. She was true to herself, compassionate and a ray of sunshine to everyone in her presence. With Courtney there was always a contagious smile, a warm hug and an “I love you.” She genuinely cared about family and friends. She is survived by her parents David Lee Beahr, Jr and Wendy Conner Beahr; brothers, Dustin Lee Beahr (Katie) and Dylan Conner Beahr (Bridget); great grandmother, Elizabeth Mundie, grandparents, Anne Laverne Beahr, Gayle and David Conner; aunts, Tracie Myers (Carlton), Pam Schrage (Jerry), Donna Lythgoe (George); uncles, David Conner (Marcia), John Conner (Chrissy); cousins, Justin (Gemalyn), Aaron (Jen), Ryan (Chelsea), Kayla (Josh), Josh, Cody, Alyssa, Chelsea (Matt), Garrett, David, Tyler, Hayden, Camden, Roman, Anthony, Emmy, Macee and boyfriend Daniel Chavis. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Lee Beahr, Sr. and grandmother, Ann Elizabeth Beahr. A Celebration of her Life will be held 2-4 p.m. and 6-8p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee Davis Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 22, at Bennett Funeral Home, with interment at the Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
