Orangeburg, June 6 - The sympathy of the community is again called forth. Mrs Louisa M Riggs, died yesterday and was buried this afternoon.
She had been in poor health for some time, but her sudden death was due to an acute attack, which found her too weak to resist though all possible was done for her.
Mrs Riggs was a Miss Beach and full sister of Mrs Rosa Hubble (nee Neuffer) of Columbia and a half sister of Mrs L H Wannamaker and Mrs W P Brunson of this City, Dr G A Neuffer of Abbeville and Prof Claude V Neuffer of Alabama.
She also leaves four children: Misses Agnes and Adelaide and Henry B Riggs and Mrs Edith Holloway of Abbeville county.
She was 54 years of age. Interment in Sunnyside.
