Margie Baxter, 86, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Entombment: Mount Olivet Mausoleum. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Margie was a longtime member of Birdville Baptist Church. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be deeply missed. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Baxter; and one son, Jerry Baxter. Survivors: Sons, Rick Baxter and wife, Tammy Brown, Carl Baxter and wife, Corey, and John Baxter and wife, Gloria; daughter, Jana Larson and husband, Jerry; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Melvin Robertson and wife, Jodie; sisters, Lillie Richeson and husband, Doyle, Wilma Stafford and husband, Sonny, and Vie Robertson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
