David Ray Baxter, 50, loving husband, father, son, brother, pappy and best friend, passed from this world into the hands of the Lord on Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, due to complications of diabetes. Funeral: 3 p.m. Tuesday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel.
