Miriam A. Bausman, 91, of York passed away peacefully on Saturday November 16, 2013 at Manor Care North in York. She was the wife of the late John E. Bausman, who passed away in 2002.
Born in Bethel on January 18, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Mabel Napp Zellers. She was a housewife. She was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Lebanon.
Before Miriam moved to York, she was active at the Annville Senior Citizen Center. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and planting many different types of plants. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren.
Surviving are two sons, John E. Bausman of Glen Arm, MD, Calvin C. Bausman, of Smithsburg, MD, and a daughter Laura M. wife of Michael Andras of York, six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 21, 2013 at 11:30 AM from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. Viewing will be held on Thursday from 11-11:30 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
