Mr. Bauserman was born and educated in Manassas, Virginia, son of the late Roy Clifford and Mary Ruth Fisher Bauserman. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and an Alumni of Virginia Tech. He was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran having served in the South Pacific. He was also a member of the VFW and was an accountant for the Department of Agriculture.
Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Dorothy "Mickey" Bauserman; one son, Charles Ted Bauserman; one daughter, Jo Marie Bauserman Duke and husband Marty, one brother Warren Vernon Bauserman; one sister Marie Boatwright and four grandchildren, Cyndi Lee Wastler, Shelley Jo McClung, Kimberly Dawn Labbe and Charles Dean McDowell.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 P.M. Friday, July 6, 2007 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 7, 2007 at Grace United Methodist Church, 9750 Wellington Road, Manassas, Virginia with Rev. Rudolph E. Tucker, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.
