MORTON, IL - Anthony R. Baum, 26, of Champaign, formerly of Morton, died at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, at Provena Covenant Medical Center in Urbana, IL.
He was born Jan. 14, 1983, in Peoria to Adolph Richard Baum III and Anna Marie Zuke.
Surviving are his mother, Anna Zuke of South Pekin; one sister, Amber Marie Baum of Peoria; two nephews; his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Delores Zuke of Morton; and his paternal grandparents, Adolph and Donna Baum of Beardstown.
Cremation will be accorded. No services or visitation will be held. Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
