Maxine E. Bauldoff, 84, of Chicora passed away at 3:05 a.m. today at the Chicora Medical Center.
Born July 4, 1925, in East Butler, she was the daughter of the late Paul Geibel and the late Alberta Neigh Geibel.
Before becoming a homemaker, she worked at Magnetics in East Butler.
She enjoyed baking, traveling and spending time with her family.
She was the official photographer of her family. The pictures she has taken over the years will be cherished.
Maxine was a member of the St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, Carbon Center.
Her first husband, Edward Ralph Angert, who she married Aug. 9, 1943, passed away June 23, 1959. She then married Victor Joseph Bauldoff Sr. on Oct. 1, 1960. He passed away Sept. 17, 2003.
Surviving are three sons, Larry B. Angert (Cricket) of Butler, Frank W. Angert (Shirley) of Chicora and Victor J. Bauldoff Jr. (Ella) of Chicora; two daughters, Deb Morrow (Dale) of Petrolia and Karen S. Rea of Chicora; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Conrad Geibel (Thelda) of Butler; three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Steighner of Herman, Lois Morrison (Ralph) of Butler and Marylee Rosenbauer (Leo) of Butler; and two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Helen Geibel of Butler and Mrs. Bernadette Geibel of Butler .
She was preceded in death by a grandson, two brothers, a daughter-in-law and a son-in- law.
BAULDOFF - Friends of Maxine E. Bauldoff, who died Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock and Main streets in Chicora. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, 210 St. Wendelin Road, Carbon Center, with the Rev. Steven Neff, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the St. Wendelin Cemetery.
