Grove, Okla. — Tonya Jo Cochran, 49, of Grove, Okla., passed away Sunday, June 6, 2010, near her home. T.J. was born in Pittsburg, KS on January 12, 1961, to L.A. and Betty Ilene (Napier) Wilson.
T.J. married Richard Cochran on February 26, 2005 and they made their home the last four years at Grand Lake, which she loved. T.J. had a passion for life and was a very talented professional photographer. T.J. worked for Sears for 20 years. After Sears, she traveled in several states taken photos of school children. Everything she did, she did in full force.
T.J. loved searching family history, caring for her flower garden, fishing and playing pool. T.J. also enjoyed sitting on the porch talking with her step-father about traveling the world. Her love for her animals and family was deep.
T.J. is preceded in death by her father, parental and material grandparents and one niece Holly Ann Justice.
Tonya is survived by her husband Rick, her mother Ilene and step-father Richard Turner, daughter, Clarrisa Jean Clauson, two step-daughters; Lashana Haslett and LaLana Dalbey, two step-sons; Wesley Cochran and Michael Cochran, two sisters Belinda Marley and Pasty Burr, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
