Frank A. Baughman, 68 years old, a resident of Penn for the past 40 years, died at 11 o'clock Saturday night. He had served as constable of Penn for 38 years and tax collector for seven years. Surviving are his widow, Edna Carpenter Baughman; one daughter, Mrs. George Ritson of Penn; one brother, Thomas Baughman, of Harrison City; one sister, Mrs Susie Miller, of Wall and five grandchildren. Friends will be received at his late home in Penn. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the First Pentecostal Church, Clay avenue, Jeannette. Rev. Kenneth Baker will officiate. Interment will be made in Irwin Union Cemetery.
