Jason Micheal Bates age 21 of Lexington, Kentucky died Wednesday February 15, 2006 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on June 30, 1984 in Ocala, Florida, and was the son of Henry and Edith Mary Fenton Bates of Georgetown, Kentucky. He was employed as a Groundskeeper for the Old Silo Golf Course, and was a graduate of the Montgomery County High School. Survivors in addition to his parents include a daughter: Brooklyn Bates of Georgetown, Kentucky, brothers: Philip Bates and John Bates both of Georgetown, Kentucky, sisters Crystal Chaney, Ida Wilson and Amanda Bates all of Mt Sterling, Kentucky and Marqita Marshall of Stamping Ground, Kentucky, his fiancée Lindsey May of Georgetown, Kentucky and a special friend Steven Marshall of Stamping Ground, Kentucky and a host of other relatives. Funeral services will be 1:00 P. M. Friday February 17, 2006 at the Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Isaac and Pastor Hurley Short officiating, burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 11:00 A. M. Friday until time of services
