CENTREVILLE -- Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Hawkins Bass, 62, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at New Hope Methodist Church, and interment was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Bass, a resident of Centreville, died in Field Memorial Community Hospital here.
Survivors are her husband, William N. Bass, Centreville; a son, George Bass, Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers, Henry and Fred Hawkins, Carbondale, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Fisher, Ozark, Ala., Mrs. Florence Harris, Makanda, Ill., and Mrs. Esther Watt, Kingham, Kans.
