Homer E. Bass, born May 26, 1922, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 26, 2001 at the age of 79. Mr. Bass was a native of Ardmore, OK, a former resident of Kerrville, TX and had lived in San Antonio most of his life. He served his country in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. His wife, Ida Dell (Peschel) Bass preceded him in death. Survivors include his daughter, Cynthia G. Dominguez and husband Robert of San Antonio; sons, Harlan Dale Bass of San Antonio, Homer E. Bass, Jr., of Summerville, SC, and Darrell G. Bass and wife Brenda of San Antonio; sisters, Viola Hargrove and Pauline Stone, both of Kerrville; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2001 at 11:00 A.M. in Mission Park Funeral Chapels North with Rev. Wes Weston officiating. Interment will follow in Mission Burial Park North. Visitation will be held Thursday and Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. and on Saturday before the Service. Mission Park Funeral Chapels North.
