R.W. "Bill" Baruth Jr. died October 4, 2013 at home in Crystal Lake.
He was a Navy veteran and worked as an independent sales rep in the packaging industry. He was a volunteer Little League Coach for over 20 years, a member of the Libertarian Party for 40 years and active with the Toastmasters Club of Crystal Lake. He was a man who lived a life of quiet dignity. He was deeply loved by many & will be truly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by the mother of his children, Barbara, children Ray, Wendy (Tom) , Lisa (Mike), and Billy (Kathy), four grandchildren Cameron, Erika, Dillon and Ben and sisters Fran Holt and Alice (Dan) Spillard, nieces, nephews and many friends.
A memorial visitation will be from 3-9 pm on Tues, Oct 8 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
Visitation will continue from 10 am until the service at 11 am on Wed, Oct 9 at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
