From 1938-1988, Sister M. Rosaire taught in parish elementary schools: Our Lady of Grace, St. Edward and St. Christina in Chicago; St. Thomas, Newton and Crystal Lake; St. Anne, St. Anne; St. Joseph, Granite City; St. Michael, Michael; St. Malachy, Rantoul; St. Vincent DePaul, Peoria; St. Augustine, Richmond, Mich; Holy Rosary, Duluth, Minn; and Sacred Heart, Brawley and San Diego, Calif.
After Sister Rosaire retired from teaching, she assisted the sisters in the convent by sewing, cooking and baking at Holy Rosary, Duluth, Minn; Holy Ghost, Hammond, La; St. Dominic, Jackson, Miss; and at the motherhouse in Springfield.
Sister M. Rosaire was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers (both named Joseph) and a sister, Patricia Schutt. She is survived by four nieces and two nephews.
