FUNERAL SERVICES FOR BOYD BARTLETT HELD THURSDAY
TRIDELL--Funeral services for Boyd Lynn Bartlett, 18 month-old-son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bartlett of Tridell was held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Tridell Chapel. Boyd was drowned Monday evening in a small irrigation ditch in front of the family home.
The funeral was conducted by Clyde Merkley, first counselor in the Tridell bishopric. Prelude and postlude music was played by Toni Goodrich. Invocation was offered by Lauren Ross. The choir sang "Not Now But in the Coming Years." First speaker was Lamond Tullis. Tauline Anderson sang a vocal solo "That Little Boy of Mine." Davis Morrill was the concluding speaker. The choir sang the closing song "Let the Little Children Come." Benediction was offered by Duane McKee.
Prayer at the home was given by H. LeRoy Morrill. Pallbearers were Lloyd and Callis Morrill, Floyd Bartlett and Lynn McKee. The dedicatory prayer at the grave was given by William Turner. Burial was under the direction of Olpin Mortuary from Roosevelt.
Boyd Lynn Bartlett was born December 10, 1957 to Lester and Fern Cook Bartlett. Survivors include his parents, two sisters and two brothers, Joyce, Nina, Fred and Rulon Bartlett and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Cook, all of Tridell.
