Mrs. R. Grace Bartlett, widow of Levi Bartlett, and a resident of Kingston for 60 years, died on Monday morning, Nov. 8, at her home in Kingston.
A native of Fremont, Mrs. Bartlett was the daughter of John C. and Mary A. (Hooke) Sanborn. She was long active in Kingston affairs - the Universalist Church, Ruth Rebekah Lodge, and was a former member of the General court. For many years she was also correspondent from Kingston for THE NEWS-LETTER.
Mr. Bartlett, whose death occurred several years ago, was a direct descendant of Josiah Bartlett of Kingston, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
Mrs. Bartlett leaves two daughters, Mrs. Rodney Wilson of New Rochelle, N. Y., and Mrs. Ralph Goodrich of Epping, several grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Universalist Church in Kingston.

On Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock the funeral services for R. Grace Bartlett were held in the First Universalist Church. The services were conducted by Rev. George Niles of the Manchester Universalist Church, and Donald Morgan of the Tufts College School of Religion.
Mrs. Edward B. Clark played a medley of hymns and Donald Morgan sang a hymn, all favorites of Mrs. Bartlett.
The bearers were Harry S. Clark, Ralph Bake, Glenn Cornish and harold Webster.
Honorary pall bearers were Emerson Schwenk, Arthur Webster, Aubrey Hastings and Dean Ratcliff of the Tufts College School of Religion.
