She was born in St. John,N.D.,and married Dewey Barstad on May
21,1924,in Grafton,N.D. She moved to Woodburn in the 1930's and to
Hubbard about 10 years ago.

She was a member of the Canby Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband;daughters,Anita Budke of Hubbard,and Mary
Lou Ferns of Warwick,R.I.;son,Clinton of Prineville;sisters,Olga
Petterson of Park River,N.D.;seven grandchildren;15
great-grand-children;and one great-great-grand-child.

Interment in Zion Memorial Park,Canby.
