Sarah was the daughter of Thomas Barron and Phebe Job. She married Thomas Bacon December 15, 1824 with matrimony rites by Archibald Glasscock JP. Children : Charley, Mary, Phoebe A., Daniel, Isaac, John N., James, Sarah Ann, Thomas, Jonathan, Amanda Jane and Jacob W. Bacon. I am most positive that Thomas was married prior and had a son Jesse born May 25, 1824 whose mother died and soon after Thomas marries Sarah Barron who becomes the only mother Jesse ever knew.
