WILMA L. RANSDELL
Wilma L. Randell, 62, of Moberly died Monday at 2:44 p.m. in Moberly Regional Medical Center's emergency room. She became ill at her home and was taken to the hospital by the Randolph County Ambulance.
Mrs. Ransdell was born July 21, 1934, in Vandalia, a daughter of the late Floyd and Mary Hunt Barron. She had lived in Moberly the past 50 years. She was a member of the Logan Street Church of Christ. Her husband, Arthur, preceded her in death on July 2, 1975; along with two brothers and two sisters..
Surviving are a daughter and a son-in-law; Janet and Bill Bray, Moberly; one son-in-law James Bugg also of Moberly: four brothers: Virgil Barron, Chicago, Ill.; Alfred Barron, Macon; Gerald Barron, Moberly and Vernia Barron, Madison; one sister, Mabel Riley, Clark; several nieces and nephews including Marilyn Bailey of Higbee; and close friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Million-Taylor-Patton Funeral home in Moberly. Rev. Herschel Edwards will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Moberly Funral Home.
