Mrs. Eleanor Russell Barritt, widow of Eugene Barritt, died at the home of her daughter in Luzerne, N.Y., Monday, January 23rd, after a long illness. She was 78 years of age and a daughter of the late Peter Russell. Two daughters, Mrs. Julia Pulver and Mrs. Katherine Scofield and one son Thomas J. Barritt, survive her. Mrs. Barritt was a resident of Saugerties for many years and also a faithful member of the Congregational Church. She was also a member of the Woman's Relief Corps. Her death will be learned with regret by many friends.
