Gloria Faith Barr-Spadini-McNees-Hughes, 88, of Watts, Oklahoma, died Thursday, January 22, 2015, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, West Siloam Springs, Delaware County, Arkansas. She was born December 17, 1926, in Wichita Falls, jTexas, to Jefferson Thomas "Jeff" "Slim" Barr and Elsie Hutchingson-Barr-Vickers-Harris-Purcell. Gloria was 6 when her father died, Her mother moved the family to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma after the death of Jeff.
Gloria moved to Arkansas from Brea, California where she worked for many years as a waitress. She enjoyed spending time with her family, was an avid reader and enjoyed trips to Las Vegas. Gloria First married Fredrick Spadini (Fredrick passed in July 09,1970) They had Two children together a Daughter Terry Lynn Spadini and a Son Fred Louis Spadini, Gloria's son Fred committed Suicide at the age of 27 years old. Fredrick and Gloria divorced, Gloria married a Second time to Mearl A. McNees born on January 04, 1924 in Texas. Mearl and Gloria married March 24, 1961 in Orange County, California (no children) Gloria and Mearl divorced, (Mearl passed July 06, 2000) Gloria married a Third time to Bert E.Hughes (no children)(Bert passed September 10, 1994) She is preceded in death by her First Husband Fredrick Spadini a Son Fredrick Spadini, Two brothers Billy Terril Vickers, James Garrett Barr, Two sisters Wanda Merril Vickers-McMurtry, Donna Lee Vickers-Hoffman , Second Husband Mearl A.
