Andrew T. Barnhart, 56, of Ulman died unexpectedly at his home Tuesday morning. Mr. Barnhart was born March 1, 1911 near Capps in Miller County, the son of Randolph A. Barnhart and Rosie Capps. On Nov. 5, 1935 he was united in marriage with Ruth Pauline Wyrick.

A retired farmer, Mr. Barnhart was a member of the Mt. Zion Christian Church near Tuscumbia.

He is survived by his wife Pauline, whom he married Nov. 5, 1935, six sons, Elmer Barnhart, Ulman, Billy Barnhart, Kansas City, John Barnhart, Tuscumbia, and James, Leroy and Jerry Barnhart of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Fay Willis, Latham, Mrs. Bernice Berry, Carlisle, Ill., and Miss Pamela Barnhart of the home; five brothers, Everett Barnhart, Pacific, Elmer Barnhart, of the state of Illinois; Mark Barnhart, Iberia, Louis Barnhart, Sulphur Springs, Ivy Barnhart, state of California; one sister, Miss Ollie Barnhart, Imperial, and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, at Mt. Zion Christian Church with the Rev. Mark Sooter officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
