Esta passed away at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Baxter, IA. She had been a resident there only several month's.
She was a great mother to her 2 daughter's and grandchildren. She was a lifelong housewife, devoted to her husband Clarence. Esta and her husband used to take a 2 week vacation out west every year in the 1940's and 1950's, before Clarence retired from the Olds dealer in Newton. Her daughter Mary and her family lived out west in New Mexico or Colorado, and always tried to be their in the summer when the grandkids were out of school and do things with them. Her daughter Jean and her 2 children lived in Newton, so she spent time with them frequently. She was a kind, giving, sweet, and loving person, who is missed everyday by her family.
