This is the son of Mildred "Milly" Barnes, daughter of George and Martha Barnes. Milly became pregnant out of wedlock and bore this son 3 May 1903. The baby succumbed the next day, the 4th, and was interred in the family plot. Milly went on to have a happy marriage with Martin Krogstad.
